About Pataskala Church of the Nazarene
Our Vision for Christian Ministry
As stated by the Church of the Nazarene, “The chief purpose of all persons — indeed, all of the creation — is to worship, love, and serve God. God has made himself known in His deeds of creation and redemption. As the Redeemer, God has called into existence a people, the Church, who embody, celebrate, and declare His name and His ways. The life of God with His people and the world constitutes the Story of God. That story is recorded principally in the Old and New Testaments and continues to be told by the resurrected Christ who lives and reigns as Head of His Church. The Church lives to declare the whole Story of God. This it does in many ways—in the lives of its members who are even now being transformed by Christ, through preaching, the sacraments, in oral testimony, and in mission. All members of the Body of Christ are called to exercise a ministry of witness and service. No one is excluded.”
“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NIV)

Hello! My name is Kauri Ledford and I am the Pastor to Young Families at Pataskala Naz! My job is to minister to the families in our church and community through pastoring children and teenagers.
I graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in May 2015 with a degree in Educational Ministries, and I began working here at the end of July 2015. I live in Westerville, Ohio with two friends who are also in ministry. I learned a lot about ministry from being a pastor’s kid, and am thankful for the strong relationship I have with both of my parents who are still serving in the Westerville community. I have three younger brothers and a sister-in-law and we are all very close.
I love to read, listen to Broadway soundtracks, drink coffee and be around people! We learn through Scripture that Christ has a special place in his heart for teenagers and children. My prayer is that the kids and teens in this church and community will know the love of Christ, and grow in that love. I am thrilled for all that God has in store! I know He has big plans and that He will carry them through.
