About Pataskala Church of the Nazarene

Our Vision for Christian Ministry

As stated by the Church of the Nazarene, “The chief purpose of all persons — indeed, all of the creation — is to worship, love, and serve God. God has made himself known in His deeds of creation and redemption. As the Redeemer, God has called into existence a people, the Church, who embody, celebrate, and declare His name and His ways. The life of God with His people and the world constitutes the Story of God. That story is recorded principally in the Old and New Testaments and continues to be told by the resurrected Christ who lives and reigns as Head of His Church. The Church lives to declare the whole Story of God. This it does in many ways—in the lives of its members who are even now being transformed by Christ, through preaching, the sacraments, in oral testimony, and in mission. All members of the Body of Christ are called to exercise a ministry of witness and service. No one is excluded.”

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NIV)

Kasey Middaugh - Intergenerational Pastor
Hi! My Name is Kasey Middaugh and I am the Intergenerational Pastor at PatNaz and this is my fiance Zoe! I graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a Bachelor's of Arts in Youth and Family Ministry! I have also had the pleasure of serving on the South Central Ohio District for some time and am happy to have found my church home here in Pataskala! The way that kids and teens see and interpret the world has always been a wonderous thing to me! I am passionate about taking their spark of curiosity for God and the Gospel and journeying with them as they find their identites in the world and the church as a whole. I look forward to the future of our congregation and fully living life with my church family of all ages and backgrounds!
